Paul Fowler

I am responsible for providing overall leadership for the research, development, and implementation of new products, as well as the sustaining engineering needed to maintain and grow existing products.  My engineering team consists of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers working together to solve real problems and develop products that produce better outcomes for patients and caregivers.

I am an engineer at heart who loves to solve challenging problems.  We have a great team at NTI that is hungry to grow the company through patient-first innovation.  As a recipient of bilateral cochlear implants, I know firsthand how cutting-edge medical devices can impact people's lives and improve their well-being. It excites me to have a career committed to the development of innovative medical products.

I am a die-hard fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Fighting Illini (where I went to school).
