Deborah Tubb

As Corporate Controller of NTI, Deborah is responsible for ensuring the financial and accounting areas operate efficiently and effectively.  She manages financial forecasting to ensure budgets align with business plans and works with her team to ensure accuracy of financial data.  She and her team are actively involved in several projects to streamline and improve processes.  She loves the people and culture at NTI and the value the company places on its employees, where every person’s input is encouraged.

Deborah has more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing, including over 10 years in the medical device industry.

She graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam on her first attempt.  Outside of work she enjoys camping, hiking with her dog, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
